Sponsor & nomination guide Choose a leader and define a visible change 1. Choose the right participant Name a current or future supervisor whose duties include directing people or coordinating work. Check willingness to practice, permission to apply the learning, and availability for live sessions. A job title alone is not a readiness finding. 2. Agree on one outcome Complete: By the end of the Academy, the participant will ______. We will recognize progress through ______. Examples: clearer crew briefings, two timely coaching conversations, or a documented recurring-task backup. 3. Assign a sponsor Choose a manager who can clarify authority, protect learning time, and hold a brief check-in about every two weeks. Agree on what stays within local personnel processes and what may be shared as an anonymized reflection. 4.
