Two practical paths for stronger supervision
January 27–March 10, 2027. Seven Wednesdays, 10 a.m.–noon Eastern, live online. Self-paced orientation January 20. $2,500 per participant. Cohort limited to 20. Seat / PO deadline December 11, 2026.
Current supervisors, crew leads, newly promoted leaders, and supported promotion candidates. Start with one to four individual nominees. For five to seven employees, compare both programs. For eight or more with a shared need, discuss Bootcamp scope.
Seven two-hour live sessions. Plan roughly 30–60 minutes of workplace application and 15 minutes of reflection between sessions. Completion requires attendance at six of seven live sessions plus the applied Field Lab portfolio. Certificate of completion; not professional certification.
Six-week organization-specific development, on-site or hybrid. Shared expectations, practical tools, policy-aligned practice, and workplace application. Published engagement range: $25,000–$50,000; confirm scope, schedule, group size, travel, and final terms in a written proposal.
Confirm program fit and participants; complete vendor onboarding; request quote / invoice; obtain internal approval and PO; receive written enrollment or engagement confirmation. Estimates and nominations do not reserve seats.
