JOHNSON CIVIC IMPACT GROUP

Municipal Learning Universities

Give every employee a clearer path to learn, practice, and grow.

Your municipality. A shared learning foundation.

A proposed managed learning service combines municipality-branded portals with a shared JCIG course library, assignments, quizzes, completion tracking, and exportable reporting. Frontline, supervisor, and executive tiers make learning relevant to each role.

Annual subscriptions would cover agreed course access, maintenance, and support. Pricing follows discovery. City-specific orientation, policy, and operational modules are custom projects, with city ownership, licensing, updates, and export rights defined in the agreement.

Concept demonstration: sample courses and campus names illustrate the proposed service. They are not deployed portals, completed courses, municipal clients, or endorsements.
