A cohort launches when the minimum enrollment threshold is met. The planned cohort range is 12–20 participants.

What sponsors and participants need to know.

Who should attend?

New supervisors, crew leads, promotion candidates, and emerging municipal leaders who are ready to apply leadership tools in their current workplace.

Is the program self-paced?

No. The Academy is a live, seven-week online cohort with weekly instruction, discussion, Field Labs, and debriefs.

What is required for completion?

Participants must attend at least six of seven live sessions and complete the applied Field Lab portfolio.

Can a municipality pay by invoice or purchase order?

Yes. JCIG coordinates invoicing, purchase orders, and vendor-setup requirements before enrollment is finalized.

When will the next cohort begin?

Dates will be announced after the launch threshold and final calendar are confirmed. Seat requests receive priority notification.
