WHAT PARTICIPANTS COMPLETE
The JCIG Civic Leadership Academy Certificate of Completion requires attendance at six of seven live sessions and completion of the Field Lab portfolio.
MEASUREMENT BEYOND GRADUATION
JCIG follows the Stretch Assignment, updated Say-Do Ratio, 90-day action plan, and one workplace observation from the participant’s supervisor or sponsor. The assessment supports development; it is not a validated psychological test or a promotion-readiness decision.
